Another successful wedding, this time in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forrest.
We couldn’t have hoped for nicer weather as guests arrived and were greeted with peach blinis and a selection THK canapés including chargrilled lamb koftas & tzatziki and crisp vegetable tempura ponzu dip. For the main event guests enjoyed table hampers filled with THK goodies along with organic chicken cooked over hay, barbecued salt marsh lamb along with potato salad, rocket pesto, pine nuts & chive flowers.
To finish guests enjoyed our signature potted cheesecake with roasted strawberries, honeycomb and our wonderful homemade salt caramel truffles.
After speeches the guests got on the dance floor and partied the night away..
