Locally sourced, seasonal & foraged ingredients, animals reared to high welfare standards, seafood from our Sussex doorstep. We take time sourcing the best quality, local produce that we can. Using traditional and modern cooking techniques we aim to produce plates of food that are full of flavour, beautifully presented, nutritious and balanced. Locally sourced means we are doing our best to minimise our environmental impact on the planet, with less carbon emissions being used to deliver what we need. Our menus are ever evolving and change daily like the weather.
