As ever, seasonal produce is at the forefront of the menu with a focus on the wonderful produce available directly from the Cowdray estate. Introducing our new addition THK bar - Qui - we'll be offering a selection of our favourite seasonal wines, specially curated to accompany the menu.
Joining The Herb Kitchen will be George Linklater, resident forager at the Cowdray estate. George will be working the surroundings to gather an abundance of produce available on the Cowdray estate as the seasons transition from Summer to Autumn. Excitingly, we'll soon be announcing the final addition to this seasonal gathering, our guest chef. Announcement coming soon! See below for more information and FAQ’s.

Tickets are £85.00 per person
EVENT TIMES
6:00PM - 10:30PM
TABLE SIZES
Tables will seat six guests. If you have more guests in your party, let us know and we will see what we can do. If you have less guests, you may be seated with other diners but will be served individually.
DIETARY INFO
We're able to cater for serious allergies and dietary requirements. Please get in touch via enquiries@the-herbkitchen.com to discuss your requirements before booking.
HOW TO BOOK

EVENT LOCATION
You'll be dining at a secret location in the heart of the Cowdray estate. Parking will be located at a postcode that we will release closer to the date. We'll send further location information to your booking email before the event.
BAR INFORMATION
Our ticket price includes an arrival drink and digestif. All other drinks will be available for purchase from our bar ‘Qui’.
FAQ'S
HOW LONG IS AN EVENT?
We'll be rolling with arrival drinks and snacks from 6:00PM. Feasting will finish in time for you to leave at 10:30PM.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS
Don't worry, we've got you covered. We'd advise a pair of wet weather shoes and a rain coat, but rest assured, your dining experience will not be affected by the rain.
HOW MANY GUESTS WILL BE ATTENDING
An exciting gathering for sixty guests
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
Due to the nature of the event, we only allow children 16 and over to attend. Extenuating circumstances will be considered, please contact us to discuss.
WHAT ABOUT MY DOG?
Much as we love dogs, in the interest of all attending guests, unfortunately no pets are allowed to attend.
GROUP BOOKINGS
If you're booking individually but are part of a group, please email us to advise your group name. We'll ensure that you are all sat together. If you make one group booking for two or more guests, we'll ensure that you are seated together.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
Unfortunately, due to insurance reasons, we do not allow any alcohol to be brought on site. We do however have our bar ‘Qui’ serving a variety of refreshments.
IS THERE PARKING NEARBY? OTHER ACCESS?
Parking is available. We’ll be releasing the postcode for the parking closer to the event, but rest assured it is within good proximity to the event location. We encourage you to travel in as few cars as possible within your groups. The nearest stations are Haslemere and Pulborough, both well connected from London. The Herb Kitchen will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your parked car.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do our best to proceed come rain or shine. In the event of dangerous weather, unsafe conditions or other circumstances that lead us to cancel, we are unable to offer a refund. Your ticket price will be transferred and you will have the option to book onto a future THK event within 12 months. If you need to cancel, your booking is non refundable. If you cancel 7 or more days before the event, your booking may be transferred to a future event within 12 months. This is at our discretion. If you are unable to attend a future event within 12 months, your booking will remain non refundable.
