LEARN HOW TO COOK OVER FIRE WITH US.
We begin the day by lighting the fire, brewing a cup of tea, and preparing breakfast — a gentle start before diving into the principles of wood-fired cooking. You’ll learn how to build, light and manage a fire, understand different wood types, and get hands-on with techniques to bring out the best in fire-led cookery.
After breakfast, we’ll prepare a shoulder of lamb or venison for slow cooking in a salt crust, before turning to the best seasonal vegetables to create a delicious lunch together. Along the way, you’ll discover how to cook fish on cedar planks and explore seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, practical setting.
